A four-part educational series on improving your health and nutrition through small changes will be held at the West Feliciana Extension Office on June 2, 9, 16, & 23 from 10:00am to 12noon. This program helps adults make modest, healthy, long-term changes in both diet and physical activity. The program will be conducted by Layne Langley, Area Nutrition Agent with the LSU AgCenter. Participants will receive all information presented at each class. Seating is limited to 20 people. In order for the program to be offered, a minimum of 6 registrants will be required.
