This five-part program is to help adults at risk or with Hypertension/High Blood Pressure learn about managing their condition through goal setting, diet, label reading, portion control, and cooking. To help accommodate your schedules, the program is being offered in both a morning session starting at 10:00am and an evening session beginning at 5:30pm.

These sessions will be held June 29, July 6, 13, & 20 at the West Feliciana- LSU AgCenter Office located at 10032 West Feliciana Parkway, St. Francisville, LA 70775. The fifth class, a reunion, will be determined by the participants. Participants will receive all the materials from each session.

The program will need at least 5 registered to be conducted.
