Dr. Dozier’s approach to this course is to introduce basic concepts and then build on these facts towards more complex understanding. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBetween classes, participants are encouraged to review course materials (study) and assimilate the information covered during previous lectures. The residential nature of the course greatly enhances interaction and learning among course participants and allows more interaction time with the instructors.
