This manual is intended as a study guide for preparing to take the Non-Soil Fumigation subcategory examination through the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry.

The LDAF is making changes to the commercial pesticide applicator categories and Non-Soil Fumigation will soon become its own category - category 12B. Anyone using non-soil fumigants will need to be certified to use these products by studying this manual and passing the examination administered by the LDAF.
