Shipping and Returns

Standard Shipping
Items ordered from the LSU AgCenter Store are shipped in the order they are processed. Please allow us 3-5 days to process and ship your order. Once shipped your item(s) will generally arrive in about 7-10 days depending on the shipping method you selected. Certain times of year such as the Holiday Season may affect this time frame.

Shipping Cost
In some special cases your order may need different packaging than regular orders. In these cases, the shipping charge may differ from the original estimate.

Return Policy
All sales are final.  

Damaged Items
If an item is damaged during shipping, we will replace it with the same item. 
Please contact us for replacement if you have received an item that was damaged during shipping.
